Delivery Time

All OCEVIA orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Production time depends on the product type and customization options selected at checkout.

Estimated production time: 5-7 business days

In-stock products

Estimated processing time: 3-5 business days before shipment

Shipping time: 7-10 business days

Production begins only after order confirmation and finalization of customization details.

Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery timelines begin after shipment, not after payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, logistics operations, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.



Returns & Order Policy

For certain orders, pre-shipment confirmation may be required before dispatch.

Confirmation materials may include:

• customization verification details

Shipment will proceed once confirmation is completed or after the designated confirmation period has passed without response.

Failure to respond within the confirmation period will be considered authorization to proceed with shipment.

Order Completion

An order is considered fulfilled once the shipment has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, as confirmed by carrier tracking records.

Delivery confirmation through the shipping carrier constitutes completion of the order for transaction and dispute resolution purposes.

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the outer package upon delivery.

If visible damage is found, please document the unopened package and shipping label with photos or video and contact customer support as soon as possible.

Returns & Order Issues

Because most OCEVIA products are made-to-order or customized, returns are limited.

Customized products cannot be returned unless a verified quality issue is confirmed.

If there is a problem with your order after delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide relevant documentation such as photos or videos.

Depending on the situation, solutions may include:

• replacement components

• product replacement where applicable
